I do things like that all the time – it’s easy to do when you’re thinking of something else you use the version that relates to what you’re thinking of rather than what you’re righting.

At one of those workplace thingies that used to happen all the time, a large group of use were given a card to read, then asked to spell a particular word. How we spelled that word matched the topic we’d just been reading about even though the word wasn’t in the text. It was rain/rein/reign.

That Spiegel cover is perfect! They are sooo good at that. Your political tweets were spot on. I especially loved the transgender one-so true (you could also do a similar cartoon using the abortion “every life is sacred” BS).
