I hope the anti-male-circumcision crowd will not jump on this again. They always do that, but there is no comparison -other than being inflicted upon children not able to give consent.
The day ‘male genital mutilation’ involves the cutting of the glans, I’ll be right there with them.
Indeed, there is no way to justify FGM in a civilised society.
[But then let us be honest, how many Islamic societies are civilised? I mean, say, eg., Iran is obviously highly civilised, but in the grip of a very uncivil ‘Ayatollahood’]
