@JH: Actually, I would be as skeptical as you if a study purported to show a link between miraculous cures and acts of “prayer” by test subjects. These studies do raise questions, however, as to how the researchers define “prayer”, much less how they establish empirically that “prayer” occurred. Both the hypothesis and the methodology are bogus.
