There is no indication that any of the things you mention has any effect on gender, and most of them don’t even have the deleterious effects some claim. (Flint is a major problem of course.)

However, that’s not what this imam is claiming. He is claiming a deliberate plot by the West to feminize Saudi society. It’s patently ridiculous.

There has been a long campaign claiming the fluoridation of drinking water was a communist conspiracy.

Various animals have the ability to change their sex ratios depending on conditions. Is it totally ludicrous to think that some environmental conditions, such as ingested chemicals, could alter the sex ratio in humans?

That’s what I was thinking, too. The only explanation I can think of is, maybe the whiskey is being illegally smuggled?
